Product Introduction
Go Green Anti-Rutting Additive is a black granular solid composed of multiple polymers. It significantly enhances the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixtures through adhesion enhancement, reinforcement, filling, asphalt modification, and elastic recovery. It also improves water stability and low-temperature cracking resistance.

Product Usage
When added to asphalt mixtures, the additive:
· Greatly increases the modulus of the mixture
· Enhances rutting resistance and high-temperature deformation resistance
· Improves fatigue resistance
· Enhances water stability and low-temperature crack resistance
Features
1. Directly added into the mixing drum, and it will not change the gradation of the asphalt mixture at any dosage. Only a slight extension of the mixing time and a small adjustment to the construction temperature are required (the construction temperature can be about 5°C lower than that of SBS modified asphalt). The mixing, paving, and compaction procedures do not need to be changed.
2. With the same dosage, performance meets or exceeds that of similar imported products. It satisfies
the technical requirements, easy to apply during construction, and helps reduce energy consumption.
3. Exhibits the characteristics of modified asphalt.

Mixture Design & Dosage
· Gradation follows JTG F40-2004 specifications
· Recommended dosage: 0.3%–0.5% of aggregate mass
· Does not change mixture gradation
Application Range
Heavy-load, channelized traffic roads with serious rutting issues
Long steep slopes and mountainous roads with frequent sharp turns
Highways, intersections, airport runways, and major municipal roads
Mechanisms of Action
Aggregate adhesion enhancement
Forms a thin film on aggregates, improving adhesion equivalent to pre-modification.Asphalt modification
Partially dissolves into asphalt during mixing and transport, increasing softening point, viscosity, and reducing temperature sensitivity.Fiber reinforcement effect
Polymer micro-crystals form fibers during mixing that bridge the aggregate skeleton.Elastic recovery
Elastic components help the pavement partially recover deformation, reducing permanent rutting.
