Go Green Liquid Warm Mix Additive (GWMA) is a surfactant-based additive specially developed for hot mix asphalt. It can melt and disperse uniformly within asphalt materials, allowing a reduction of 20–30°C in the production, mixing, and compaction temperature of hot mix asphalt. This not only reduces energy consumption and emissions, but also significantly improves environmental performance and cost-efficiency during construction.
The product has excellent compatibility with asphalt, enabling uniform dispersion in the mixture, enhancing workability and compaction, and resulting in denser and more durable pavements. The liquid additive is suitable for various asphalt types and gradation systems. No equipment modification is required, and the additive can be easily introduced, helping contractors achieve low-carbon and efficient road construction while ensuring high quality.

The design, mixing, and construction process of warm mix asphalt is almost the same as hot mix asphalt.
Lower mixing temperature reduces asphalt aging during mixing, extending pavement service life.
Excellent storage stability: the product has an effective temperature up to 230°C and will not decompose at high temperature in asphalt. It can be stored long-term together with insulated liquid asphalt.
This warm mix technology is also applicable to asphalt storage and transportation stations, construction asphalt, hydraulic asphalt, and asphalt waterproofing materials. It helps reduce asphalt storage and application temperature, significantly saving energy.

Usage & Dosage
Usage Method:
Heat asphalt to 130–160°C, then add 0.3%–0.5% (by asphalt mass) into the asphalt storage tank. Stir evenly (or circulate with the asphalt pump 2–3 cycles).
Product Application:
1. Pavements where with high construction environment and environmental protection requirements such as tunnels and municipal roads;
2. Asphalt Paving construction under low temperature environment such as early spring, autumn and winter.
3. Long and big area tunnel asphalt pavement;
4. High-performance ultra-thin overlays, etc., especially high requirement of on-site compaction;
5. Highways, heavy load roads or airport runways where with high-viscosity modified asphalt
Package, Storage & Transportation
The product is packed in 200 kg drums or IBC totes, or can be customized according to client requirements.
It should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, and kept away from fire sources. Prevent freezing in winter.
Shelf life: 12 months.
