Go Green Road Repair Tape Construction Method
Go Green asphalt repair tape is self-adhesive, no need to heat, no construction equipment, just 3 simple steps to repair pavement cracks and mesh cracks.
1) Road cleaning: Use a portable hair dryer or broom to remove any floating dust, dirt, etc. in the cracked area
2) Crack filling (if necessary): For individual wide seams or tiny pits, you can use Go Green asphalt repair tape to twist it into strips or lumps to fill and then paste the net cracks.
3) Peel off the film and paste: Put a roll of Go Green asphalt repair tape on one end of the mesh crack area, peel off a section of protective film, and stick the mesh with the self-adhesive glue on the road, then one person pulls the film, and the other person rubs the roll of asphalt repair tape. The grid cracking sticker rolls along the cracking area until the grid cracking sticker completely covers the cracking area. During the pasting process, the grid cracking sticker should exceed 10cm on both sides of the cracking area.
4) After the paste is completed, use an iron roller or a small road roller to roll 1-2 times to ensure compaction.
5) Open to traffic. After the traffic is opened, the repair effect will be better.
Storage: Please store the road repair tape in a dry and normal temperature place, avoid humid and high temperature environments, and the stacking height should not exceed 4 layers, so as to avoid excessive stacking pressure leading to deformation of the net cracked stickers and stone accumulation.
