Go Green Cold Pourable Crack Filler is a single-component, self-leveling, low-modulus, highly elastic silicone sealant. It combines the elastic properties of hot-pour sealants and adhesives. It is widely used for sealing and bonding cracks and joints (expansion joints, settlement joints, saw cuts, and construction joints) in airport runways, highways, cement or asphalt pavements, ports, tunnels, roofs, and basements.
Primary use:
Go Green cold pourable crack filler is specially designed for filling cracks on asphalt and concrete pavement surfaces. Tests show that one kilogram of sealant can fill approximately 10 linear meters of typical cracks (defined as cracks less than 1 cm in width). The actual consumption depends on the crack width and depth.
This fast-curing, oil-based material offers excellent displacement resistance and waterproof performance. It cures by reacting with moisture in the air and remains highly weather-resistant. It does not flow at high temperatures and does not crack at low temperatures. Once cured, the bond between the sealant and the crack surface remains intact even after rain or sudden temperature changes, and it retains long-term elasticity.
Custom colors are available upon request to match various pavement colors for seamless crack repair.
Go Green Cold Pour Sealant is a new type of road maintenance material ideal for timely crack repairs on both asphalt and concrete surfaces. Application Instructions
Crack Cleaning
Ensure all cracks are clean before application. Remove dust, debris, and vegetation thoroughly, as these will affect adhesion and penetration. For old cracks, be sure to remove residual sealants, especially if they are of different material types, to ensure optimal bonding.
Application Process
• For cracks 4mm–15mm wide, we recommend using a caulking gun.
• For cracks 15mm–30mm wide, a caulking gun or professional equipment can be used.
• For wider and deeper cracks, insert a backer rod (3–5mm wider than the crack) or fine sand before sealing, leaving a space of 0.6–1cm from the surface for sealant application.
Notes:
1. Avoid application in rainy or snowy weather.
2. This is a single-component sealant that begins to cure upon air contact. Use the contents promptly after opening. If unused, reseal tightly. Before reusing, remove any cured skin on the surface.
3. The sealant should be applied and finished within 60–90 minutes after opening. In hot or humid weather, shorten the working time as the material thickens over time.
4. After full pavement application, inspect the surface within a few days. Refill areas with insufficient sealant. If bubbling is observed, it is likely caused by trapped moisture vaporizing. Cut a small slit to release the vapor and reapply sealant as needed.
5. Drying time: 0.5–2 hours, depending on local climate conditions.
