Step 1:

Before construction, the road surface should be cleaned, oil stains and loose parts should be removed to  ensure that the road surface is dry and free of floating dust, and the spraying amount should be determined  according to the road surface condition;

Step 2:

The road surface is smooth, dense, slightly water seeped, and slightly loose hemp surface: single-layer  spraying is used, and the spraying amount is 0.9-1.2kg/m2 (finished material);

Step 3:

The surface of the pavement is rough, heavy water seepage, large porosity, heavy loose hemp surface and  oil-poor: use double-layer spraying, the first layer spraying amount is 0.7-1.0kg/m2 (finished material), the second  layer is The amount of layer spraying is 0.5-0.8kg/m2 (finished material). The second coat should be applied after  the first coat is dry (about 30 minutes)

Step 4:

The mixture can be constructed by spraying with real stone paint equipment, manual paving or spraying with  special vehicles, and after demulsification molding, a sand-containing mist seal layer is formed. Only when the  road surface is dry and non-stick test paper is allowed to open to traffic. The general curing time is 2-3 hours when  the ambient temperature is higher than 15°C and the air humidity is less than 70%.
